Friend or Foe?

Since 2021, SKM has been offering an assembly show for the primary level which will cover on elements relating to the following topics:

• Friendship
• Embracing Diversity
• Respect
• Integration
• Managing Screen Time
• Positive Online Etiquette (before responding ask yourself if it is True, Helpful, Necessary, Kind?)

Synopsis
‘Friend or Foe?’ revolves around two boys who deem themselves vastly different from each other. David is a local mean-spirited gaming addict whose habits negatively affect his familial relationships, his conduct in school, and other players online. Meanwhile, Lucas is a studious and well-mannered foreign student that is favoured by his family, teachers, and friends online. When the two worlds collide, they find themselves at an impasse as David expresses his hatred for ‘angmohs’ like Lucas. However, they soon discover that they have much more in common, traversing the game world of ‘Temple Escape’ together.

Please note that from 2024 onwards, shows will need to be co-funded by both SKM and the school.
